We cannot cancel an order, make changes to personalisation  or exchange an item already personalised once your order has been placed and you have checked the box confirming the personalisation indicated by you is correct.
 
However,  we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from www.trimthetree.net therefore if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
 
If we make a mistake, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund once we are advised by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt, and, the original item has been returned to us, and, received by us, within 5 working day. Your refund will also include your return postage costs. Please request and keep a receipt of postage from your post office.

After receiving a gift of a trim the tree decoration from a friend last Christmas, and it got a lot of admiration, I decided to order them for my family this year. Just got my two personalised christmas tree decorations and they are fantastic. Just about to order another two now for family members.
I order in 2008 and was very pleased with the products as were the recieptants. this year i ordered november 1st and received my order on the 3rd november - cant believe how quick my order was processed and delighted with the products i cant wait to give them out at christmas thank you for excellent service and products. i will be back in 2010.
Ah Claire, the ornaments arrived and are absolutely gorgeous!  The snowmen one in particular is so cool, will definitely be placing more orders with you.  I love the Santy ones as they will be put in the Christmas Stockings for my sons and then put up on the tree. The plan is to build up a collection of their own personal Christmas tree ornaments that I can give them when they set up in their own homes in years to come.
