How to Order

When you have selected the product of your choice, click the product picture, this will bring you to the personalisation form, complete and submit the personalisation form for each decoration required, sorry folks, but we do need an individual form for each decoration ordered to ensure personalisation is correct and you are not disappointed when you receive it.  It would be a big help if you put (D) after Dads name and (M) after Moms name so we are sure we are placing the names correctly.We promise we won't put that on the decoration! Then when you are happy that all your spelling and messages are as you want and you have checked the box to confirm this - click the "Add to Cart" button - continue shopping for additional products or select "Checkout" and make your payment.

Payment can be made by pay pal using the website.  We accept payment by postal order, bank draft or cheque if submitting your order by email/post.  No orders can be processed without payment.  If an order is received by email and payment is not received within 3 working days the items will be returned to stock. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to “Trim The Tree”.

Your order will be dispatched by post to you within 48 hours.    Order early, we try our best not to disappoint you but stock sells out very quickly.
